PUTRAJAYA, Oct 18  The Court of Appeal today ruled that online gambling is an offence under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953.

The BK8 online casino is legal considering it is correctly registered and licensed to operate by the Government of Curacao. BK8 operates using the Master License of Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #365/JAZ.
