As of today, Valorant's Xbox debut remains a mystery. While there were whispers of a "VALORANT console port" prototype, translating the PC experience to consoles has been a complex challenge. There's no fixed release date, but the commitment from Riot Games is evident.

Interestingly enough, VALORANT is currently on the Game Pass. Still, it's only available on the PC. You cannot play VALORANT on Xbox or PlayStation at this time.
