Based on the 2024 novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine, AHS: Delicate follows Anna (Emma Roberts), a Hollywood actor who desperately wants to have a baby with her partner (Matt Czuchry). Persisting through multiple rounds of initially unsuccessful IVF treatments, Anna does eventually fall pregnant.
